Goals, Funds and Prize Bounties.

Prize Goals

The following milestones goals are proposed by the Reserve Bank of Mars:
  1. First Private Enterprise Landing of assets on Mars (eg SpaceX, Blue Origin etc)
  2. First Landing of Humans on Mars by Private Enterprise or Earth Agencies.
  3. Public classification of Mars as an Independant Planetary entity not controlled by any single Earth Government, nor subject to its legal whims.
  4. Construction and Activation of Viable semi-perminent Life Support Infrastructure and Habitats (eg Oxygen Farms, Food Production, Power supply, Residential modules, Propellant Plants, Manufacturing, Fabrication etc) that count towards Mars becoming Earth independant for  supplies.
  5. A detailed first hand exploration or utilisation of surface features, geography, subsurface features, available in-situ resources, and items of scientific or academic interest by Humans.
  6. Formal Formation of a colony and/or constitution on Mars by one or more independant self governing Interest group and/or stakeholder that has achieved one or more of the first five Goals above.
  7. Setting and Maintaining a Minimum buying Power baseline for Marscoin funds.
  8. Supplying Incubator funds to Interest groups (eg academia/science/private enterprise) in order to finance work to be completed on Mars by the local Mars population.
  9. Facilitating Logistics groups who can supply goods, resources or supplies to the Surface of Mars from Earth in return for Marscoin payments.
  10. Cultivating viable currency exchange of Marscoin on Earth/Mars.
Proposed Incubator Funds:
Up to 100,000 Marscoins for any significant stakeholders in Mars, Mars Pioneering, or Mars Technology.    (Presently this much is already reserved for SpaceX however as of writing they have not replied to my offers in this regard.)

Small discretionary grants up to 50 Marscoin for interest groups.

Grant, Sale or Interest free Loans of up to 5000 Marscoin to Mars residents, or commercial organisations wishing to transact in Marscoin.
Proposed Prize Bounties:
Up to 40,000 Marscoin to the first private organisation to land assets on Mars, or Make the attempt.

Up to 60,000 Marscoin for the first landing of Humans on Mars.

Up to 40,000 Marscoin for the first habitat or lifesupport asset going online on Mars.

Up to 10,000 Marscoin for the development and construction of the first Mars specific technologies.
